Archaeological evidence indicates that man has been cultivating and consuming rice since 5000 BC.

Rice is rich in complex carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and other inorganic elements. It is easily digestible and does not cause allergies because it does not contain gluten.

Rice does not contain cholesterol, other fats or sodium. It is also rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, vitamins B and vitamin E.
There are endless ways to cook with rice.

Our company packages rice from the plains of Serres. The water from Strimonas River in combination with the alkaline and brackish soil of the plains contributes to producing rice of exceptional quality.
