Although the tomato originated in Latin America, it has spread around the world. In the Mediterranean countries it is not only used as a raw vegetable in a variety of salads but also as a basic ingredient in the form of juice or sauce for many dishes.

The tomatoes are sourced from selected farmers who apply the System of Integrated Agricultural Management. We produce traditional tomato juice and four ready-to-use sauces. Only the ripe and healthy tomatoes are picked daily. They are washed, blanched and mashed to a pulp. The juice that results from this, without the skin or seeds, is simmered in the traditional way until it reaches the right consistency and is of exceptional taste and aroma.
