Two exceptionally tasty wild mushrooms with their distinct aromas and nutrients enrich this soup mix. The basic ingredient is spicy frumenty (Trachanas) which is made with tomatoes, Greek aromatic herbs and spices.

This soup can be served as a starter that will satisfy everyone’s palate. If you prefer a cream soup, you can cook it a little longer and puree part or all of it in a blender. It can also be served with your daily meals.
